( Hanoi must eat #1 ) Bún Thang


Bún Thang is a Hanoi specialty but not many foreign visitors know this dish. All the components are sliced thinly and create a beautiful combination. The dish consists of mushroom, salted eggs, coriander, chicken, pork rolls, served with cured radish.
